I recently switched providers from MSN to Comcast and decided to use Outlook
for the first time to organize all email folders from the MSN and the Comcast
accounts before I officially close my MSN account. I had no trouble getting
my MSN accounts into Outlook, but have had nothing but trouble trying to add
the Comcast account. I used the connector and it acted as though the account
had been added, but whenever I sign in, I get a message that the user name
and/or password have been typed in incorrectly. They have not, but even when
I delete them and re-type them, I get the same message.
The Comcast account appears on the left with the other accounts, but when I
try to open it, I get this message: The set of folders could not be opened.
The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition
persists.
I would appreciate any help in solving this problem.
