trouble connecting to Exchange Server

Our Win2K Outlook2K users are having troubles connecting to the Exchange2K server. After executing
the Outlook program, 30 seconds will pass and the user will then need to click on the "retry"
button. Outlook then connects to Exchange.

I even made an entry in the C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\hosts file to verify it is not a DNS
problem.

What is causing this delay? Our WinXP Outlook XP users do not have this problem.
