trouble deleting emails access denied?

Can't seem to access my emails to delete them. I recently changed web
hosting... would that affect this?

That shouldn't be a factor. What version of Outlook? What type of account?
Exactly when do you get this message? What are you viewing when you get it?
WHat are you pressing or clicking when you get it? Is that the entire,
exact text of the message?
