Trouble Exporting Outlook 2003 Tasks to Excel

I am following the instructions to export my task file and the file appears to export correctly. However, when I open the file in Excel, the only thing in the exported file is the field headers. It works when I export my Contacts, but I don't understand why it's not workign with the Tasks. HELP
