Trouble pasting photo into word business card template

Q

Quandry

When I paste a photo into word business card template, the template moves and
will not accept the photo. The photo is inside the document, but I cannot
move it inside the card area. When I move the photo, the card cell moves
away. Help!

You might want to check out this TechTrax article. Granted, it focuses
on holiday labels, but creating business cards with a label (bcard)
template and inserting a photo is a very similar process. So this will
show you the details of how to insert a pic and set the wrapping
properties so you can add content.

Oh, and this TechTrax article shows how to add an image inside a
textbox, which may also help you...depending on how you are going
about creating the card.

Hope this helps...

Good luck...

Dian,

Thanks much for your speedy response. Your articles are terrif! . . . well
written & clear. I'm computer literate with a graphic's background (the ole'
T-square & triangle era) and really want to become computer graphic savvy -
tend to learn faster with show and tell than the books on the market.

Will let you know my progress with the business card.
