I keep posting a question but it will not show up. its been several hours.
can anyone please help me. sorry for the emails, is it moderated and needs
approval possibly? if so, i'm sure i" driving you nuts an appologize...mike

i posted with (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)...please
just post the one from (e-mail address removed) if this is moderated and needs
approval...

otherwise, can you please help me get my posting out!

I'd like to have a column where i display the AVERAGE percent work per
resource. is there a way to do this.

I want it to take the work and divide it by the length. for example, if i
have 20 hours per week on a project, have it display 50% in a resource usage
view. I can even do it manually and just take the column "work" and divide it
by the duration...

Michael,
It probably wasn't a problem with your posts. I think something was awry
with the newsgroup for most of the day. I didn't log on until this
evening and I was very surprised to find several messages with no
responses - very unusual for this newsgroup. One other note, if you are
posting through Google, it can take several hours for the post to
"take". You are much better off using a newsreader that connects
directly to the newsgroup server (i.e. msnews.microsoft.com).

By the way, I think Trevor's response to your main question is right on
track.
