Trouble saving contact.

I am running Microsoft Outlook from Microsoft Office Small Business Edition
2003 on an XP Media Center workstation. No problem saving a contact when
using my I.D. But when I try to save an Outlook contact when using my wife's
I.D. I get an error message that says: Could not complete the operation.
One or more parameter values are not valid. Any suggestions?
