trouble sending outlook email

i have xp professional, outlook express was installed.
went through microsoft to install normal outlook, through
a pop 3, i can receive emails but cannot send. error
message ox800ccc13. i am using the outgoing address for
the mail server that they told me to use.

if you are so sure of the smtp mail server
so try to check the " Check Box " for
use the settings for smtp server
or somthing like that i'm not so sure
but i think it will work with you
