Trouble upgrading Office 97 pro to 2003 pro on xp

I'm trying to upgrade from Office 97 Professional to
Office 2003 Professional - using a new Windows XP
machine. I started by moving my Office 97 license over -
which seems to have gone fine - and now I'm trying to do
the upgrade.

It goes a bit and then seems to get hung up looking for
sku111.cab. Does anyone have any ideas?

Just wanted to add a bit more info here - I tried one
more time - same result - but noted that the message is
actually 'Waiting for cabinets to be cached to local
installation source'.

You do not have to install Office 97 to upgrade to Office 2003. Just put in
the Office 2003 upgrade CD, start the installation, and when it asks for the
qualifying product, insert the Office 97 CD, and when the installation
verifies your qualifying product, put back in the Office 2003 upgrade CD and
continue installation.

Just wanted to post the resolution - turned out to be a
bad cd from microsoft. Returned for new one and it worked
fine.
