TROUBLE VIEWING PRESENTATION

Hello all,

Here is my problem. I had a presentation set to me and I have no
problem reading it. I'm using Powerpoint 2000 SR-1. My boss, using the
same exact program, can not see the written portions of the
presentation. I've saved it, resent it, still no luck. I believe her
options are probably set differently but I can't find the difference.
Again, the graphic portions, she can see fine. The written portions,
nada.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Perhaps the presentation is using a font that is not installed on her
machine. In your copy, you may want to try replacing a 'less distributed'
font for a more popular one.

For presentations being distributed (without embedded fonts), I would
suggest staying with Ariel and Times New Roman fonts.
