trouble with downloaded statements

I cannot retrieve the information that has been
downloaded to my microsoft money 99 account. The Bank
help lines assures me that the transaction has been sent.
However, it does not show up on my account. I had this
same problem with Microsoft Money 2002 and was told that
I could not get help from the help line so I deleted it
from my computer.
Please advise.

Try posting this in a group that supports your version of Microsoft money.
Office folks will probably not be able to help you out. I, for instance,
use Quicken

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
