trouble with inserting handwriting into word program

i just purchased a tablet computer from gateway. i can insert my handwriting
into my outlook and search engine, etc.. i also can insert text into my word
program if i use the onboard keyboard, however, it will not let me insert
hand writing text into my word program. are there any suggestions?

Hi

There is no way to insert handwriting directly into the content of a Word
document. You must use the TIP.

However, you can add comments, annotations etc using the tablet's pen. To do
that, do View > Toolbars and choose the various Ink toolbars. Experiment to
find the settings that suit you best.

By the way, this newsgroup (microsoft.pubic.word.vba.general) deals with
programming in Word. If you have more questions about using the Tablet, you
might send your questions to one of the non-VBA Word newsgroups, or one of
the Tablet newsgroups.
