Sometimes when we create a rule to send a selected email to a selected folder (i.e. deleted items), Outlook also starts to send unselected emails that we want to be delivered to the inbox. And when we have designated junk mail to go to the junk mailbox, all of a sudden Outlook is now sending legitimate client emails to the junk mail box.
