Hi =?Utf-8?B?c2FyYW50b2Rk?=,
I've FTP'd a Word doc to my company's server and it looks garbled: random
symbols, all words running together, formatting removed. What might be the
problem?
The document's structure was probably damaged during transition. This can
happen when a file is passed over a bad network connection, by email, or by
FTP. Whenever the medium that's handling the file "hiccups", information may
be lost.
The best protection, usually, is to ZIP a file before transmitting it.
