Trusted Sites disappear

For Project Server our folks have to place the url's into
the trusted sites zone in Internet Explorer but when they
close IE the sites disappear and they are unable to get
into Project Server through Project.

I heard that there is a registry key that needs to be
reset so the trusted sites do not disappear. Does anyone
know which key it is. Really need this so we can finish
deploying MS Project Server 2002.
