Trying to access e-mail message

Every time I try to do anything in outlook, even open a
contact information, I get a message that reads:
Microsoft Outlook A program is trying to access e-mail
addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to
allow this?
I of course always say No

Any help will be appreciated

Clicking yes won't hurt. A program IS trying to access e-mail addresses from
your command to open contact information.

I got this MS Outlook 3 wks ago. Beginning in VBA macros, I get the same messages. You can free download a .dll from Redemption Software so the security message won't show up in your macros
If I was you I would probably uninstall Outlook and then reinstall it.
