Trying to Add a Vertical Line to a Template

Hello,

I'm currently working on a template and my boss wants the template to
include a page border (already did) and a vertical line to separate side text
from the main text. Is there any way that you can draw a vertical line and
format it so it appears on every single page and is the exact size needed to
connect the upper page border and the lower page border? I would really
appreciate anyones help on this. Thanks a bunch!

Add the line as a graphic object (select Line from the Draw toolbar)
attached to the header or footer. Graphics in the header or footer can
appear anywhere on the page and don't get moved around by the text added to
the page itself.
