Trying to conenetc... is longer

Hello all

I have a troube when I connect to Exchange server... the message trying to
connect appears for several minutes... already one hour.
Other computers in office work well but I don't have connectivity.
I already ping the server, it works and connection network is well.
I already started Outlook in safe mode and the same..

Are there any error messages/numbers? Are there any entries pertaining to
Outlook or Office in your application event viewer? Have you verified that
your Outlook profile is present?

I would try a new mail profile and see if that works.
