trying to install microsoft office standard edition 2003....

i registered for the free trial of microsoft office std ed 2003 and followed
all the directions for downloading, but it did not download and i keep
getting the msg saying "fatal error" when trying to download. is there
anyway possible to get this corrected?

the laptop on Dec. 23, 2004 and could never use MS Office. I tried to open it
but i need the Product Key from the Certificate Of Authenticity to start
