Trying to make a phone call from Outlook 2003

I have:

Windows XP
Office 2003 Pro

Checked:
Wiring, Ok
Operating System, Ok
Drivers, Ok
Modem, Ok
Headset, Ok
Speakers, Ok
Volume, Up
*I can have a perfect Audio Conversation using Yahoo Messenger and my
Headset.

I have a phone line going into the incoming port of my computer (Modem Card)
I have a phone coming from the outgoing port of my computer (Modem Card)

I can:
Go into Outlook Contacts, choose a phone number and initiate Dialing
I hear the modem negotiating
The Destination phone rings, and answers the call.

PROBLEM:
I cannot hear the destination person on my phone
The destination person does not hear me when I speak on my phone.


I would appreciate anyone who has some information that would help me solve
this problem.
