Trying to publish on my website

My server is Ipower web.They tell me in order to publish
on my website I should type http://laurawarfield.com (my
domain name)for the location. When I do this Microsoft
says "you cannot copy the front page web to itself. Please
choose a different location" What location do I choose.

You publish from your local machine. You apparently are opening your live
online web in FP and trying to publish to itself?
