I've been having problems with Outlook Rules, and no one, even on this forum
seems to either answer my questions or be able to figure out my problem.
Therefore I'd like to TOTALLY uninstall all outlook features, and ALL
associated files, in the hopes that when I re-install it my rules will again
work. If possible I'd like to uninstall just office (professional with Vista
on a 32 bit machine) however if necessary I'll take off the entire office
suite, I realize that I will have to re-build everything, but unless someone
can solve my rules problem, I'm willing to do that.
