turning off .eml attachments?

I believe that .eml "attachments" are actually from
Outlook Express. If your friend is using Outlook Express,
this may be causing the problem. Some servers may change
the "Outlook Express message" into another format, and in
doing so, attach a .eml "file" which may only be an empty
file.
