Turnings a document into a template

Hi folks,
This maybe a simple question but I am stumped. I created
a form for my radio station. I saved it as a document
and then started to think about it and saved it for
others to use as a template. However, whenever we try to
type in the information in the blank areas, everything
moves. How can I make a form so we can type different
information each time we use it.

Hi, Kevin,

One more bit not covered in the mvps.org article: To keep things from
moving around, create a table in the template and put each form field
in a separate cell. You can turn the cell borders on and off with
buttons on the Table toolbar.
