tview database results using asp

Hi,
I am relitively new to using asp's. I'm not sure whether
what i'm doing is correct or not! Please could someone
help me out. I've used a hyperlink to link to an asp.
However, i get the following error message.

Background:
You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other
executable program from a directory that does not allow
programs to be executed.

Please could someone explain what i'm doing wrong? I'm
sure its probably something simple.
