Tweaks for XP Pro

Hello,

I have installed XP Pro on a workstation along with SP2. Now, all programs
and windows are opening minimized. What settings need to be changed so that
when any program is accessed it automatically opens up maximized?

I don't know about a GLOBAL setting (never had your problem) but
if you Right Click the Icon for a program there are many options
you may set, one of which is to open maximized

I don't know about a GLOBAL setting (never had your problem) but
if you Right Click the Icon for a program there are many options
you may set, one of which is to open maximized
