Two Color Questions

I work with Visio on two computers. When I right click on the page, one of
the choices is Color Schemes but only on one computer. The other computer
doesn't have that choice. How do I add that to the right click or where else
can I find the "color schemes" box?

Also how do I change the color of the page? I have done this before and
can't do it again?
Thanks

In Visio 2007, try:
Format \ Theme
Tools \ Color Palette
Tools \ Options \ Advanced \ Color Settings

Are they both the same version of Visio? Color Schemes was in Visio
2003 but has been replaced by Themes in Visio 2007 - but it's no
longer on the page right-click menu, it's on the Format menu.

From the Visio Help:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Advanced tab, click Color Settings.
3.Choose the color options you want.
4. Click OK.

Should do the trick.

Thanks for the help. I thought I had 2007 version Visio but will have to
check that out. Rod
