two e-mail accounts

Currently, when I hit the send/receive icon, it groups my
two email accounts in one Inbox, in other words both
emails are sharing the same inbox and I do not like it.

How can I download each e-mail into its own Inbox Folder?
or how can I have more than one Inbox folder?

Either use separate profiles (Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show
Profiles...)

or

Use Wizard Rules to direct the messages to separate folders
