Two personal folders

I've developed 2 personal folders each with drafts, inbox, junk etc.
How can I get rid of 1 of them please. A simple delete doesn't seem to
work.

Delete wouldn't.
R click and close would.
If it doesn't, you've corrupted your profile and will need to create a new
one, taking care to migrate your data correctly.
