1. I browsed through the sample forms that come with InfoPath and I saw
something that I liked in the Invoice (Single Tax Rate) form; In the table
where the user can insert multiple items and include the item’s name, price,
quantity and to check the “taxable†box there is an field called “ItemNumberâ€
which automatically inserts the number of item in the column. I was trying to
make something like that myself in a new repeating table using
formulas/functions, but I had no luck finding a formula that would do the
job. Can you point to the formula or send a brief tutorial of how to do that?
2. I was trying out the possibility to use data from other sources
(Microsoft Access in this case, I made a small table with information about
Person Contacts) and I managed to insert that data in my InfoPath form by
receiving that data from the second source. I was wandering if I can do the
vice versa, to input data into a repeating table in InfoPath (a list of my
Contacts, for an example) and then automatically store it in a database?
Thank you,
