I have seen my Outlook 2003 occasionaly send read responses when I have the
setting never send responses turned on. I find this very annoying since in
the cases I found it, the messages were spam, that I would not want a
response sent. Is it just a fluke bug in Outlook, or something else in
Outlook, or maybe some kind of requests are answered no matter what???
