Unable to add to 'auto correct' - getting error message in Chines.

When ever I attempt to add any words using the auto correct funtionality in
Office 2003, I get some sort of error message in Chinese (I think) and it
doesn't save the change.
It's happened in Excel & Power Point. I've reloaded the Office Pro programs
several times but the problem still exists. Has anyone has any similar
problems or perhaps a solution?

Are you using an English version of Office? If so then you should
update your virus scanner and run a full scan on all files.
