I receive this error message when trying to do a backup on a user's PC.
Since the user does not use BCM, I uninstalled the program but still get the
error. The backup fails every time due to this error. Running WXP and
Office 2003 Pro on the user's PC and W2k and Veritas 9.1 on the backup
server. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Many thanks, Jo Ann
