unable to connect to projectserver with project

I have one machine that gets an error when trying to test the connection to
the projectserver. HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to
invalid credentials.
I can connect with another machine with no error. Same setup, same MSDAC
files, same SP level.
Using ProjectServer 2003, Project Prof 2003 on XP Prof client machines.
Server is Win2003.
