unable to customize Outlook Today

I am running MS Outlook 2000 SP3 (9.0.0.6627) on WinXP

I am unable to get the "Customize Outlook Today ..." link
at top right of the Outlook Today page to open.

I have customized in the past without incident.

Two other users on their separate and independent
computers report the same problem to me.

searching Google using "Cannot Customize Outlook Today" produces *13,000*
hits.
Try that.
