unable to delete duplicate address book sub categoies

When my info was imported into Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2002, it created
duplicate subcategories in my address book where it has "Show names from the:"
I can not figure out how to delete the empty duplicate sub folders. Can
anyone help please?

Now you see why importing Outlook data is not recommended. It is never
necessary.
Just remove the invalid entries here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >
