Unable to delete Rules in Outlook2003

Hi together,

after upgrading my PC from Office XP to Office 2003 I have a very
annyoing problem with my rules.

Outlook 2003 complains about some errors in some of my rules (the rules
were originally defined in Outlook 2002) and tells me to delete this
rules - fine, but I'm not able to delete them at all!

A dialog box informs me, that only one set (Client or Server) can be
active and my decision was "Server". After that Outlook 2003 tries to
update the exchange server, but is not able to finish this task
successfully. And again Outlook is complaining about my rules ...

Any ideas out there?
