Unable to find new Outlook emails on my DELL computer

Outlook just received 80 emails which aren't showning in my Inbox.
Dell uses Mc Afee for security and other necessary functions.

Has anyone had experience with any of this?

Additionally, I can't send emails.

What happens when you try to send? Also, have you tried turning off McAfee's
mail feature(s)?
