unable to import .pst file

Elly

I am trying to import a .pst file from a CD, and it says
that "properties must be defined prior to use" and also
that our ".pst saved" file is not a personal file folder.
I have de-selected the read-only attribute and am working
on office 2000. Please help.

Copy the file to the hard drive and then try using File->Open if you do not
want to lose important information via the import.

Copy the .pst file from the CD to your hard drive. Make
sure the file is not ready only. Then try importing from
the drive rather than from the CD.

In fact don't even "import" just go to File-Open.
