Unable to locate Standard Toolbar - Text Box

Have been using Office Publisher, but recently noticed the Standard Toolbar
was not in situ, resulting in my not being able to create texts. Have
deleted and re-installed but the position remains. Without this facility
Office Publisher 2003 is of little use. Can anyone help please?

Text boxes are located on the Object Toolbar, not standard toolbar. Go to
View > Toolbars > Objects
