unable to open outlook 2002

I have had Office Xp on my computer for quite a while.
Here lately I have not been able to open up Outlook 2002.
I keep getting the message "Unable to open your default e-
mail folders. The .dll file for the info service cannot
be found. MAPI was unable to load the info service
PSTPRX.dll"

I have tried to use the repair option several times.
Everytime it says it has been repaired. I continue to
receive the same message.
