Unable to Open Your Default E-Mail Folders

K

Kimba

I set up a shared mailbox, and made myself the owner. I gave the users that
need access to the shared mailbox Publishing Author rights. The problem I am
having is that the users are getting errors when they try to access the
mailbox using the profile option as they open Outlook. The error states the
following: "unable to open your default e-mail folders. you do not have
permission to logon."

Has anyone ran into this problem?
