Unable to Post Projects to Project Server 2002

I have recently installed project server 2002 and am
trying to publish a project to the server. I can log
into the Project Web Access and everything is available
and areas, like the Resource Center, are available in
Project Professional. When I try to publish the Projecty
server returns a 401.1 - Unauthorized:Logon Failed
Internet Information Services.
