I was hoping someone could assist with printing multiple
emails, each with one .tiff attachment. This was
previously no problem when using Outlook 97 or 2000.
The process goes something like this - I would highlight
multiple emails, each with an attachment (.tif files),
choose the print command and from the print dialogue box
choose "print attachments."
All emails(headers) would print first and then each
attachment would open, print, and close.. and would then
move to the next email in line.
With Outlook 2002, the .tif attachment defaults to a
viewer called ' Microsoft Office Document imaging' and
won't continue past the first attachment requiring the
user to choose the <print> command on the viewer
application.
Please help!
