unable to print in outlook beta 2007

I receive the following error message when attempting to print email from
Outlook Beta 2007. I have a Dell A940 printer connected via usb and have
never had any printing issues/problems. All drivers are up to date. Thanks
for any suggestions or help.

Error I receive is ....

"Can not load library "DLBAPRP.DLL" Using defaults. Error : 126"

This error window repeats several times and nothing prints. I am able to
print from other applications.
