Unable to print SIMSUN font

Hi everybody

I can read but I'm unable to print any emails in Outlook 2000 or 2002 when
the font is SIMSUN.
Even if I change the printer (HP or Lexmark), or upadte my windows 2000.
But I can print Simsun font in Word.......
I work with a chinese company, and I receive a lot of emails in Simsun
font...

Anybody has an idea ???
