Unable to receive e mail.

My outlook express wont receive e mails, it sends them ok but keeps saying Warning:mailbox is full.there are no e mails in the deleted folder and the inbox has 5 msg. i have installed outlook and this is exactly the same with no msg in any folder, please help me

Check your on-line mailbox by using the webinterface provided by your ISP to
check your mailbox.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Ive look through my isp pages found one full of spam deleted msg's, deleted them, now working ok. Thanks
