unable to send/receive in outlook

Since 4/23, I have been unable to use Outlook for email.
Here is the error message I get: "Unable to load
personal free/busy data. Errors have been detected in the
file C:\WINDOWS\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst. Quit all mail
enabled applications and then use the Inbox Repair Tool."
Where does one find the Inbox Repair Tool? My Outlook
Help doesn't recognize this topic.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mr. Oliver Vukovics -- I
can't believe it, but this suggestion actually worked! I
came to this newsgroup out of complete desperation and
found someone who could help. You are simply awesome!
