Unable to set folders for offline access

Hello,

I am trying to set my folders in Outlook 2002 to be syncronized / offline.

I follow the steps

On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define
Send/Receive Groups.

But I don't seem to have "Define Send/Receive Groups"

How to I get this option or ... is there another way to set these files to
work offline?
