Unable to start processing services.

Bill C.

After installing Office XP I get the following error when
opening Outlook. "Unable to start processing services.
Could not open the item. Try again."

I have tried again. I have run detect and repair. I have
uninstalled and installed again. I'm running Windows XP.

Other parts of Office seem to work but I really want my
Outlook. Any suggestions appreciated.
